What series of Deltacom do I currently have?

The easiest way to identify which Deltacom series you currently have is to find a room station (not the master station and not the door station) and compare it to the photos below.

Currently Available Series

200S Series - Medium Room

  • Check the buttons are labelled as shown

  • Ensure "200 S" is visible on the right of the buttons as shown.

200S Series - Small Room

  • Check the buttons are labelled as shown

DJ 500 Series

  • Check the buttons are labelled as shown

  • There are 8 individually numbered room buttons

DJ 1000 Series

  • Check the buttons are labelled as shown

  • There are 16 individually numbered room buttons

Superseded Series

Deltacom 7 Series  - NO LONGER AVAILABLE

  • Buttons look identical to the 200S series but labelling on the right side of the buttons DOES NOT say "200S".   Instead it  shows either:

    • "deltacom -7" as shown in this photo​

    • "delta 7" 

    • OR is left blank

  • Deltacom 7 series units are NOT COMPATIBLE with any of the currently available series and they cannot be repaired.

  • However, the wiring in the walls can be reused with the 200S series as can the holes in the walls as they are the same physical size.

 Front Door Answering Series- NO LONGER AVAILABLE

  • Very simple system focused on just answering the front door

  • The Front Door Answering System is NOT COMPATIBLE with any of the currently available series and they cannot be repaired

  • However, the wiring in the walls may be able to be reused with the 200S series (if 6 wires are available in each cable)  as can the holes in the walls as they are the same physical size.
